Return & Refund Policy

At Navifacet LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your Finder GPS Tracker purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges. This policy applies to hardware purchases made directly from Navifacet LLC or through our authorized website. 

1. Return Window 

You may return eligible hardware within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions set out in this policy. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the date of delivery as recorded by the shipping carrier. 

2. Eligibility 

  • This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Navifacet LLC through our official website. Purchases made through third-party retailers or resellers are subject to the return policy of the respective seller. 
  • The product must be in its original, unmodified condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation included (for change-of-mind returns). 
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns. 

3. Condition of Returned Products 

3.1. Change of Mind Returns 

If you are returning the product because you have changed your mind or it is no longer needed, the tracker must be: 

  • Unused and in the same condition as received 
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and included components 
  • Free from any physical damage, tampering, or signs of use 

 

3.2. Defective or Faulty Products 

If you are returning a product due to a manufacturing defect or hardware failure under normal use conditions: 

  • Original packaging is not required, but proof of purchase must be provided 
  • You must describe the fault in detail when initiating the return 
  • Navifacet reserves the right to inspect the returned product to verify the reported defect 

4. How to Initiate a Return 

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team at info@navifacet.com with the following information: 

  • Your full name and order number 
  • The product you are returning 
  • The reason for the return (change of mind, defect, etc.) 
  • Photographs of the product and packaging (required for defective product claims) 

Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send products back without first obtaining an RMA number, as unauthorized returns may be refused. 

5. Return Shipping Costs 

5.1. Defective or Faulty Products 

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or material failure under normal use, Navifacet will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Once the returned product has been assessed and the defect confirmed, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement unit, a repair, or a full refund. 

 

5.2. Change of Mind and Non-Warranty Returns 

For all other returns, including change-of-mind returns, accidental damage, or misuse, the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Navifacet is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. 

6. Refund Processing 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account. 

7. Subscription and Service Fees 

Monthly or annual subscription fees for GPS data plans and platform access are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. If you cancel your subscription, service will continue until the end of the current paid billing period and will not auto-renew. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period, unless required by applicable law. 

8. Exclusions 

The following are not eligible for return or refund: 

  • Products that have been physically damaged, modified, or tampered with by the customer 
  • Products with missing accessories, components, or documentation (for change-of-mind returns) 
  • Returns initiated after the 30-day return window has expired 
  • Purchases made through third-party retailers or resellers 
  • SIM cards provided as part of a Managed Connectivity plan 
  • Any software, digital services, or subscription plans once activated 

9. Consumer Protection Rights 

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws in the United States. Where applicable law provides for additional or different rights (such as implied warranties of merchantability under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in your state), those rights are not excluded or waived by this policy. If you believe your statutory rights have not been honored, you may contact your state Attorney General’s office or applicable consumer protection agency.
